1. Orders:
Order processing takes place Monday -Friday, 8am - 4pm, excluding bank holidays.
1.1 Website:
Once an order is placed, the buyer will receive an automated email confirmation with the exact copy of the order. This will include the billing and shipping addresses and any special instructions for the courier submitted to us at that point. The email will be sent to the email address registered on the buyer’s account.
The buyer is obliged to check their confirmation email and inform us as soon as possible if any errors have been made.
(NB: Sometimes the email confirmations may be filtered as SPAM so please always check the junk/ spam box for these).
2. Payment:
We accept the following methods of payment:
– Credit/ Debit Card
– PayPal
Please note we cannot dispatch goods until we receive the payment in full.
2.1 Credit/ Debit Card Payment:
The payment is handled by a secure external system that will capture and authorise the card details at the point of sale.
This system will generate a Unique Transaction ID each time a payment is submitted to Wanton Wax and Wicked Wicks. The system will also send an automated email confirming these details, provided that an email address is submitted at the point of sale.
2.2 PayPal:
The payment is taken automatically through the PayPal system. If this method is chosen, the buyer will be redirected from our shopping cart to the PayPal site so that they can log in to their PayPal account check and confirm their details and submit the payment.
2.3 Ownership of Goods
Wanton Wax and Wicked Wicks retains the ownership of all supplied goods until the payment for these is made in full.
Once the full payment has been received, the ownership of the goods is transferred onto the customer.
Should the customer receive goods not listed on the final invoice or incorrect quantities of ordered goods, we advise them to contact us as soon as possible in order to resolve the matter.
.3. Delivery
Wanton Wax and Wicked Wicks use a variety of couriers and Royal Mail services to despatch your goods. Delivery is normally 1 to 5 working days upon receipt of your order.
Please note that we do not dispatch/deliver orders during weekends and bank holidays
3.1 PO Box Deliveries:
Wanton Wax and Wicked Wicks does not have a delivery option that serves PO boxes.
4. Dangerous Goods to Northern Ireland:
Some of our Essential Oils are classed as Dangerous Goods. Due to courier restrictions on transportation of Dangerous Goods to Northern Ireland via road we may not be able to supply the items requested.
5. Out Of Stock Items:
We try to keep our website as up-to-date as possible. If there are any out of stock items, we will deduct these from your final invoice, which will generate a refund that will be put back to the original method of payment within 1-7 business days.
A refund will be issued for any out of stock items. Refunds are processed within 1-7 days once an order has been invoiced and dispatched.
We aim to process all refunds within 1-7 business days from the invoice date, however this can take longer during the busiest periods in the year (September -January).
6. Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us of this immediately via telephone, or email, We will confirm the cancellation with you and refund the payment for the order. Cancellation must be done before the order has been processed.
7. Moreover:
Please note that we use goods from all over the world, as well as locally. We make every effort to keep the supplies as uninterrupted as possible. Due to the large scale of operations involved in the continuity of stock supply, we cannot guarantee all items will be available to order at all times.
8. Destinations:
We ship goods to the following countries: UK Mainland, Nothern Ireland,Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands. European destinations are: Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia and Romainia. Also, Switzerland, Norway. We can also ship some items to the USA and Canada. Please note that some items can only be shipped within the UK, and this will be identified at the checkout.
